The description (as of today) does not state that what you will get with this is a refurbished item with only a 30 day warranty. BEWARE!
I reviewed this already under the regular headset. It gets a 4 only because it doesn't come with a driver disc. It's a great headset, but creative lost credibility in my eyes for this and other lack of support.
